摘要 现场活拔采集全国鹅鸭生产区14个省28个点的鹅鸭毛绒标本,从显微形态的角度,研究其特征差别。明确了鉴别分析的具体部位,认定其稳定特征在绒丝1/5以远至1/2附近的绒丝枝;建立了分类比较鉴别方法,划分了有鳞绒、无磷绒和有磷变异线三种形态成熟度类别;量化了鳞节大小与节间距的长度量化关系,提出了简明确切的显微形态特征文字表述。定性鉴别准确率达到96 75%,差异不显著。 The formations and structure of goose's and duck's down were studied in microscopic - alanalysis to research their characters and distinguish their differences the live goose and duck's down samples were collected from 28 points in 14 provinces of China. Their stable characters were positioned between 1/5 and 1/2 of barb down. Three essential formation were classed as node down Nonnode down and node uariable down. the main difference abort simple and reliable microscopical formation trait were obtained by comparing basic formation in the same class. At rate of qualitative distinction was 96. 75% and the difference was not marked.
