摘要
目的研究新疆党参总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。方法采用亚硝酸钠-硝酸铝-氢氧化钠法测定新疆党参总黄酮的含量,通过单因素考察及正交试验进行提取工艺优选。结果超声提取新疆党参总黄酮的最佳工艺为:超声提取3次,乙醇浓度为80%,料液比(g/mL)为1∶20,超声时间为30min,测得新疆党参总黄酮的含量为0.192%。结论亚硝酸钠-硝酸铝-氢氧化钠法操作简单快捷,适用于提取新疆党参中的总黄酮。
Objective To study the best optimal process of extracting total flavonoids from Codonopsis clematidea (schrenk) Clarke. Methods Using the single factor and orthogonal experiment to choose the optimization of extraction of the total flavonoids with the determing the content of total flavonoids by the spectrophotometry in the NaNO2-A1 (NO3)3-NaOH system at 510 nm. Results The optimum conditions for extracting the total flavonoids by ultrasonic wave were as follows, ultrasonic time was three times, al-cohol concentration was 80 %, material-liquid ratio was 1 : 20 and ultrasonic time was 30 rain. The content of total flavonoids extracted was up to 0. 188%. Conclusion The optimized method was stable and effi-cient, and can be used for extracting total flavonoids from Codonopsis clernatidea (schrenk) Clarke.
