不同麻醉方法用于无痛结肠镜检查的效果比较 被引量:3

摘要 目的比较异丙酚-瑞芬太尼静脉麻醉与单纯吸入七氟醚麻醉在结肠镜检查的效果分析。方法选择结肠镜检查100例,采用随机数字表法,分为异丙酚-瑞芬太尼静脉麻醉组(A组)和单纯七氟醚吸入麻醉组(B组),各组50例。A组静脉注射异丙酚、瑞芬太尼;B组面罩吸入七氟醚。两组用药均于结肠镜开始退镜时停止。分析麻醉诱导时间、结肠镜检查操作时间、苏醒时间、低氧血症发生情况、体动反应及相关不良事件发生情况。结果与A组比较,B组麻醉诱导时间长,苏醒期躁动、恶心、呕吐发生率升高(P<0.05),操作时间、苏醒时间、低氧血症发生率、寒战和体动反应分级比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论异丙酚-瑞芬太尼静脉麻醉更适用于结肠镜检查患者,与单纯七氟醚吸入麻醉相比,不良反应发生少,麻醉恢复质量好,使患者更舒适。 Objective To compare the effect of colonoscopy of the propofol-red fentanyl intravenous anes-thesia and simple inhalation sevoflurane anesthesia. Methods 100 cases of colonoscopy, by means of ran-dom number table method, were randomly divided into two groups (n=50), isopropyl phenol-red fentanyl intravenous anesthesia group (group A) and simple sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia group (group B). Record anesthesia induction time, colonoscopy time, dynamic response and related adverse reaction. Re-sults Compared with group A, group B needs longer anesthesia induction time. The incidence of restless-ness, nausea and vomiting in revival period increases (P 〈0.05). The operation time, the incidence of hy-poxemia, chill and body dynamic response classification was not statistically significant (P 〈0.05). Con-clusion Compared with sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia, propofol-red fentanyl intravenous anesthesia has fewer adverse reactions, better recovery from anesthesia and makes patients more comfortable and therefore more suitable for the patients with simple colonoscopy.
