摘要
目的调查了解乌鲁木齐市新市区2所小学2009-2011年查验证情况,为进一步提高接种率和降低传染病的发生、流行提供参考。方法对乌鲁木齐市新市区79和80两所小学在2009-2011年共1 819名入学新生进行预防接种查验证调查。结果完成卡介苗(BCG)、口服脊髓灰质炎减毒活疫苗4剂(OPV)、百白破联合疫苗4剂(DPT)、风疹疫苗1剂、麻疹减毒活疫苗2剂(MV)、腮腺炎疫苗1剂、A群流脑第1剂(A1)、A群流脑第2剂(A2)、A+C群流脑第1剂(A+C1)、A+C群流脑第2剂(A+C2)、甲肝疫苗1剂(HAV),白破疫苗1剂(DT)、乙肝疫苗3剂(HepB)的接种率,分别为99.67%、79.49%、96.26%、89.50%、100.00%、73.12%、21.22%、7.37%、89.00%、53.12%、93.13%、85.49%、97.09%。结论入学儿童的预防接种卡、证持有率大幅度上升,为国家扩大免疫规划类疫苗的查漏补种奠定了基础,但查验工作的质量尚有待提高,教育、卫生部门的协调和配合还需进一步加强。
Objective To increase the vaccination rates and decrease the risks of the erupting and prevailing of infectious diseases by using the 3-year (2009--011) vaccination test and verification for two primary schools in Xinshiqu District of Urumqi as an reference. Methods The 3-year (2009-2011) prophylactic immunization of the total 1 819 newly-enrolled pupils from No. 79 and No. 80 primary schools in Xinshiqu district of Urumqi was verified and analyzed. Results The rates of completed vaccination of Bacillus Calmette Guerin, BCG(1 injection), Oral Poliomylitis Vaccine,OPV (4 injections), Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis Combined Vaccine, DPT(4 injections), Rubella vaccine (1 injection), Measles vaccine, MV (2 injections), Mumps vaccine (1 injection), A group epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis vaccine (2 injec-tions), A+C group epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis vaccine (2 injections), Hepatitis A vaccine, HAV(1 injection), Diphtheria, Tetanus Combined Vaccine, DT(1 injection), Hepatitis B Vaccine,HepB (3 injec-tions) were 99. 67%, 79. 49%, 96. 26%, 89. 50%, 100. 00%, 73. 12%, 21. 22%, 7. 37%, 89. 00%, 53.12%, 93.13%, 85.49%, 97.09%. Conclusion The ownership ratio of the certification of vaccination is substantially increased, laying the foundation for the government to enlarge the re-vaccination of the EPI, but the quality of the test and verification should be improved. The cooperation between education department and health department should also be strengthened .
