同期双侧人工全髋关节置换术的观察及护理

Nursing care for simultaneous bilateral total hip replacement

目的探讨双侧同期人工全髋关节置换术患者的护理措施。方法对67例行双侧同期人工全髋关节置换术的患者,按术前、术后进行专科护理。结果 67例患者均顺利完成手术,有4例患者术后出现并发症,但经治疗后均痊愈出院;术后定期随访结果令人满意,髋关节功能明显改善,患者满意度达97%。结论对双侧同期人工全髋关节置换术的患者的进行全面性、连续性的护理,是手术成功、提高患者满意的重要措施。

Objective To explore the nursing measure on patients with bilateral synchronization total hip re-placement. Methods 67 cases of bilateral synchronization total hip replacement patients simultaneously are given nursing in pre and post operation. Results Sixty-seven patients were operated successfully. Complication appeared on 4 patients, who were cured before discharge. The results of regular follow-up visits after the surgery were satisfactory, hip function improved significantly and degree of satisfaction of the patients was 97%. Conclusion Comprehensive phased rehabilitation care for patients with bilateral synchronization total hip replacement is an important measure to make the surgical operation a success and patient satisfied.
