摘要 目的了解长期规律进行护理宣教对2型糖尿病患者自我管理能力的影响。方法对100名既往未接受过长期规律护理宣教的2型糖尿病患者,进行为期6个月,每周1次的现场或电话护理宣教,按照0、3、6个月进行患者自我管理调查表的调查。结果与宣教前相比,患者完全能够自我管理的比例明显增加(P<0.05);能完全遵守药物使用的患者绝对人数略有增加,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论接受长期规律的护理宣教,可以明显提高患者自我管理的能力。 Objective To explore the effect of long-term regular nursing education program on patients' abilities of self-management. Method 100 type 2 diabetic patients with no history of nursing education were recruited, and during 6 months,all patients received nursing education once a week either on the spot or by telephone. Questionnaire was distributed and collected at 0, 3, 6 month. Results By comparing the result before and after nursing education, it was found that patients' abilities of self-management were im- proved in every respect (P 〈0. 05). Though the number of patients who followed the prescription in-creased, no statistic significance was found (P 〉0.05). Conclusion Long-term regular nursing education would improve patients' abilities of self-management.
