摘要
新疆北线高速铁路对风监测提出了很高的要求,整个风监测系统分为内外部设计,较为复杂庞大。重点叙述系统研究的核心技术,即风监测数据采集、数据筛选的系统设计,内部专用传输协议技术的开发,内外网动态数据发布平台建设。实时监测的数据经过加密、双路协议传输、自动分析比对、甄别筛选及行调处理后,提供预警控制与发布。系统的核心技术既保证了列车运行的安全需求,又提高了监测数据的安全稳定性和保密性。
This paper presents the core technology to this system.On the one hand the internal desighing responses for acquiring data of wind monitoring,system designing of data filter and developing exclusively internal special transfer protocol.On the other hand the external designing responses for developing a platform which can dynamically publish data on Web.After encrypting,transferring by dual protocol,automatic analysis,comparing and filtering,the system can provide the early warning and information publication.The core technology of the system can guarantee the security need for high speed train.
