基于语义维基的危化品CLOD构建

Construction CLOD of Dangerdous Chemcals Based on Semantic Mediawiki

针对分散的海量危化品知识及该领域中文语义知识库空白问题,提出危化品CLOD(Chinese Linked Open Data)的构建,从而实现危化品知识的语义化、结构化,使之能够与其他领域知识以一种共享模式和互联模式进行组织。分析危化品知识特点,对比基于本体知识库的构建,提出了基于语义百科的CLOD构建,对于危化品实例,利用与之对应的中英文维基百科页面,链接到与之对应的DBpedia,从而实现危化品CLOD与LOD库的链接。按照上述方法,研究危化品的相关知识,抽取危化品领域核心概念,确定危化品的层次结构及危化品语义标签,并使用SMW+工具完成危化品CLOD的构建。

For the problem of massive distributed information about dangerous chemicals and the blank in Chinese semantic knowledge base on that field,this paper focus on constructing CLOD （Chinese Linked Open Data ） on that,to make informa tion semantic and structured.So they can be organized in a mode of sharing and interconnection with other domain.Through analysis for characteristical of chemicals knowledge and comparing with construction base on ontology,this paper constructe CLOD based on semantic Encyclopedia,making use of the Chinese and English Wikipedia page which corresponding to in stance of dangerous chemicals,so that instance is links to the corresponding one in DBpedia, in which way,CLOD is linked to LOD database.
