摘要
介绍一种数字存储示波表的设计原理与实现,该测量仪使用ARM作为控制核心,从模拟通道获得数据,并进行相应的处理,获得需要显示的信息。同时接收和正确分析操作者输入的信息,并由此控制其它部分协调工作,实现了数字存储示波器、万用表和频率计3种功能,是一款常用的电子测量仪表。
This paper discusses the chief techniques and design principles of a digital storage oscilloscope.Taking ARM as the MCU,this instrument obtains the data from the analogue channel,processes those acquired data,and displays the information needed.It controls the coordination work of other part while receiving and correctly analyzing the information of the operator. It is a common-used electronic measure instrument,which contains three function modules:DSO,DMM and cvmometer.
