摘要
三相交流航空电源供电系统对机载设备电源的输入功率因数有着较高的要求。由矩阵式变换器推演而来的矩阵式整流器是一种真正的四象限AC-DC变换器。相比较其他整流方案,矩阵式整流器具有体积小,输入功率因数可调最大为1,输入电流和输出电压谐波小等优点。在分析输入电流空间矢量调制算法的基础上,利用MATLAB/Simulink工具建立了矩阵式整流器仿真模型。仿真结果表明该系统在不同负载情况下都能满足输入功率因数为1等要求。
Three-Phase AC aero power supply system has high demand for the input power factor of the Airborne Equipment power supply.Matrix Rectifier (MR) is a true four quadrant AC-DC convertor which deduces from the Matrix Convertor (MC). Compared with other options,the main advantages of the matrix rectifier are that the volume is small and its power factor is adjustable up to 1 and it has small input harmonic current and output harmonic voltage.Based on analyze the input current space vector modulation method,in this paper,simulation model of matrix rectifier is established by MATLAB/ Simulink tool.
