摘要 后备电源蓄电池的安全可靠运行是各类矿山信息化、自动化系统可靠运行的重要保证。在对蓄电池内阻检测技术进行研究分析后,介绍了某大型矿业公司选矿厂技术试验方案,并对大量的测量数据进行分析和比对。试验证明,在用DLT_B8500蓄电池状态监测及故障预警系统对单电池内阻在内的电池运行数据进行有效实时监测后,能为提高整个选矿厂信息化、自动化用电保障的安全可靠水平提供有力的数据保障。 As an important guarantee in safety,stability and reliability,battery DC system has been widely used in areas such as informatization and digital mine construction and automation and control systems.The measurement technique for internal resistance of Lead acid battery is analyzed in this paper.And a set of technical solutions to concentrator in a large mineral company are also introduced.Basing on this test system,a large amount of data analysis and data comparison have been made.Practice has proved that the safety,stability and reliability of Battery DC system are greatly improved after the appli-cation of Fault Warning system DLT_B8500 because the internal resistance of every battery can be monitored effectively in real time.This technique can improve the level of informatization and automatization in mining enterprises.
