铅在砂壤水稻土/水稻体系中污染效应及累积规律的研究 被引量:24

摘要 通过盆栽试验 ,研究了吉林省砂壤水稻土中铅对水稻的毒性效应及在土壤 /水稻体系中的残留积累规律。结果表明 :土壤中添加铅 180~ 72 0mg/kg条件下 ,对水稻生长的毒害作用不大。可使水稻减产 2 %~17%。水稻各器官铅累积量随土壤中铅浓度的增加而增加 ,其分布规律为 :根 茎叶 >糙米。以食品卫生标准为依据 ,计算出砂壤水稻土中铅的全量、提取量毒性临界值分别为 :2 41mg/kg和 49mg/kg。 The pot experiment was conducted to study on the pollution effect and the residual rules of lead in the loam paddy soil/rice system The results showed that the toxicity effect of lead on rice was not serious and decreased yield about 2%~17% when lead rates were 180~720?mg/kg The tissues of rice contents increased with the lead addition in the soil The accumulation order of lead was rootstem and leaf>grain Lead residual amount of rice seed was less than the food hygiene standard, the critial concentration in the soil was 241?mg/kg (total) and 49 mg/kg (DTPA exrtacted)。
