柴胡疏肝散加味治疗消化性溃疡96例观察

目的:观察柴胡疏肝散加味治疗消化性溃疡的疗效。方法:96例随机分为观察组50例和对照组46例,观察组给予柴胡疏肝散加味治疗,对照组给予奥美拉唑治疗。结果:总有效率观察组94.00%,对照组82.61%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:柴胡疏肝散加味治疗消化性溃疡疗效确切。

Objective：To investigate the effect of Chaihu Shugan powder in the treatment of peptic ulcer.Methods：96 cases of peptic ulcer patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the observation group was given Chaihushugansan decoction treatment,the control group was given omeprazole treatment.Results：the total effective rate in the observation group 94%,control group,the total efficiency of 82.61%.Conclusion：the curative effect of Chaihu Shugan San in the treatment of peptic ulcer is effective,worthy of clinical application.
