摘要
研究了配电网中在无信道条件下 ,故障段定位、隔离和供电恢复的新技术。当馈线发生永久性故障时 ,出线保护跳闸 ,随后各分段开关失压分闸。经过预定时延后 ,自出线开关起依序重合。在重合过程中 ,由于故障位置不同 ,出现故障电气量的时间也不同 ,因而利用出现故障量的时间差异就可准确判断故障线段。通过变电站出线开关与线路上分段开关的协调配合 ,实现消除暂时性故障 ,隔离永久性故障线段 ,恢复非故障线段的正常供电 。
A new fault section location, isolation and supply restoration technique in distribution network. which isindependent of communication link among switch controllers. is proposed in this paper. When a permanent fault occurs on adistribution feeder. the circuit breaker will trip under the control of protection and subsequently the section switches will alsotrip for loosing voltage. After a pre-selected time delay. breakers and section switches reclose in turn from the start ofoutgoing terminal. During the process of reclosing. there exists different fault occurrence time due to the different faultposition. So the fault section can be accurately detected by judging the time difference of the fault occurrence. This techniquecan expedite to eliminate the transient fault, isolate the permanent fault, restore the power supply to non-fault section andreport to the senior system the fault section. The remote SCADA functions can be added easily when communication links areavailable.
