摘要
文章对非裙座支承立式容器几种支承型式的选择以及设计计算中经常遇到的问题进行了探讨:小型非裙座支承立式容器壳体无需进行风载和地震作用的弯矩计算;支腿计算方法应考虑支腿数量和布置形式;通过改变耳座结构设计可使其在壳体上产生的局部应力大大改善;从工程角度,可对框架上的容器的地震作用及小型直立容器的垂直地震作用进行简化计算。并就现行容器支座标准进行了分析和比较,供同行参考。
This article discusses the selection of several types of vessel supports in the non-skirt vertical vessels and some common issues in design and calculation which include the unnecessary calculation of bending moment of wind loads and earthquake action for small non-skirt vertical vessel shell,consideration of the number of supporting legs and arrangement form for the calculation methods of supporting legs and great reduction of local stress on the shell from changing lug support structure design.From the engineering viewpoint,the calculation methods for the earthquake action on the vessels in the frame and vertical earthquake action on small vertical vessels can be simplified.The article also analyzes and compares the current standards for vessel supports,which provides reference for designers of the same trade.
