摘要
文章就某乙烯装置裂解气压缩机反转故障,探讨了离心式压缩机组反转的判定依据。通过对现场故障现象和频谱数据分析,提出根据转子角加速度和轴心轨迹进动方向的变化规律来判断机组是否发生反转。通过对压缩机系统压力的平衡计算,确定压缩机系统过多的反向推动力是导致裂解气压缩机反转的主要影响因素,而停机过程中一段、二段和四段系统相对较长的平衡时间则对机组反转起到了主要促进作用。文章提出,减少压缩机系统的蓄能容积,快速进行循环平衡和能量释放是防止机组反转的三大有效解决手段。
This article discusses the judgment basis for the inversion of centrifugal compressor regarding the inversion failure of charge gas compressor in certain ethylene unit.Through analyzing the field failure and spectrum data,the article proposes to judge the inversion failure according to the rotor angular acceleration and the variation of precession direction of orbit of shaft center.Via balance computation of the compressor's system pressure,it determines that overmuch reverse driving force is the major factor leading to charge gas inversion failure.And the comparatively long equilibrium time of section 1,2and 4during the shutdown accelerates the inversion of the compressors.This article presents three effective ways to prevent inversion failure involving the reduction of storage volume,fast circulation balance and energy release are the.
