摘要 介绍了一种新型的基于全球定位系统 ( GPS)的电网状态监测系统 ,该系统可对电网重要节点的电压相量、发电机功角和输出功率等运行变量进行实时测量和同步处理 ,并将结果送往电网调度中心 。 Synchronization of the real-time monitoring for the states of power system is difficult in the post for the reason thata common high accuracy time base is required for substations and power plants that are far apart situated. The globalpositioning system (GPS) provides a powerful tool to realize it. This paper proposes a new state monitoring system based onGPS. With the base provided by the GPS receiver, real-time states are sampled and transmitted to the dispatching center ofthe power system. The states included in this system are voltages (phase and magnitude) of the key buses. the power flow(active power and reactive power) in the transmission lines and the rotor angles of the generator units. The real-timemonitoring of the power system has been realized in Hu'nan Power Network by using this new GPS based state monitoringsystem.
