摘要
[目的]了解深圳市常规医用X射线诊断设备的影像质量状况。[方法]用多功能X射线机检测仪和检测板对医用常规X射线诊断设备的主要指标进行影像质量控制状态检测,数据按相关标准作出评价,并进行统计学分析。[结果]167家单位共364台医用常规X射线诊断设备的影像质量检测合格率为88.74%,其中,普通摄影设备的合格率最低,检测项目中"光野与照射野四边偏离"指标合格率最低。[结论]应加强对医疗机构放射诊断设备影像质量检测和管理,以保护受检者的安全与健康。
[ Objective ] To investigate the status of the image quality control of conventional medical diagnostic X-ray equipment in Shenzhen. [Methods] Multi-functional X-ray detector and X-ray machine test plate were used to test the main imaging quality control indicators of X-ray machine. The data were compared with the relevant standards in China. [ Results lTotally there were 364 medical diagnostic X-ray machines in 167 medical institutions. The total qualified rate was 88.74%. However, there was a great difference of qualified rate in different sub-groups of conventional medical diagnostic X-ray equipment. The lowest was common X-ray photographs, in which the bigger edges deviation of lighting field to radiation field has serious problem. [Conclusion] We should strengthen the testing and management of imaging quality control of medical X-ray diagnostic equipment to protect the safety and health of patients
