摘要
在分析新疆电力公司概况的基础上,采用SWOT-PEST方法对影响新疆电力公司发展的内外部环境因素进行了具体分析,确定公司战略目标,从与自备电厂共同发展、整合优化新疆电网、加快农电改造和无电区建设、引导新能源电力发展、转变公司发展方式、人才发展战略和协同发展战略等七个方面提出了战略规划。
Based on the analysis of the general situation of Xinjiang electric power company, this paper analyses the internal and external environmental factors of Xinjiang electric power company using the SWOT-PEST method, And determines the company strategic objectives, then From seven aspects puts forward the strategy planning, including common development with owned power plant, integrated optimization of power grid in Xinjiang, accelerating the achievements transformation and no power area construction, leading the new energy power development, changing the development mode of the company, talent development strategy and collaborative development strategy.
