摘要
以某电厂480 t.h-1循环流化床锅炉为研究对象,通过对其进行燃烧调整试验,燃煤粒径分析和飞灰粒径分析,找出了造成飞灰含碳量高的影响因素,研究结果表明,由于破碎和筛分系统的原因导致入炉煤粒径分布偏离锅炉设计要求,导致飞灰含碳量偏大,建议对破碎和筛分系统进行改造。在结合实际运行情况的基础上,给出了经济运行工况的参数范围,对该类锅炉的经济运行提供了一定的理论依据。
This paper takes a circulating fluidized bed boil- er with the capacity of 480 t/h in a power plant as the object. Based on the combustion adjustment experiments and particle size analysis of coal and fly ash, the factors are found influenc- ing carbon contents in fly ash. The result shows that the coal particle size distribution deviates from the boiler design require- ments because of the crushing and screening system, resulting in the carbon content increasing in the fly ash. A reconstruction of the crushing and screening system is suggested. And the range of operating parameters is given out to provide theoretical basis for the economical operation.
