摘要
布袋除尘器运行温度应在高限和低限之间,高限取决于滤袋的滤料,低限则应高于烟气酸露点,以防发生低温酸腐蚀。但某电厂出现冬季即使投入暖风器后,仍无法满足布袋除尘器入口规定温度的问题,为此进行了提高机组背压,增加排污量和改变磨煤机组合运行方式的试验研究,结果表明,采用上层磨煤机组合运行方式不仅满足布袋除尘器入口烟温的要求,还具有较好的经济性。
Baghouse operating temperature should be be- tween the high and low limits. High limit depends on the bag fil- ter material and the lower limit should be higher than the flue gas acid dew point to prevent the occurrence of low-temperature acid corrosion. The heater was installed in winter, but the power plant is still unable to meet the prescribed temperature of the baghouse inlet. So an experiment of increasing unit back pres- sure & sewage volume and changing the coal mill's combined operation mode was carried out. The results showed that upper mill combined operation not only meets the requirements of the bag inlet flue gas temperature, but also has a good economy. A power plant even if we put the heater in winter, still unable to meet the baghouse inlet prescribed temperature, the mill combi- nation Operation Mode has been carrying out to improve unit back pressure, increase the volume of sewage and change, the results show that upper mill combined operation not only meet the requirements of the bag inlet flue gas temperature, but also has a good economical efficiency.
