The research and development of new PPTA fiber spinning box

针对目前对位芳纶纺丝箱保温措施较单一,保温效果不理想,不能适应对位芳纶纺丝工艺要求的问题,研发了一种新型对位芳纶纺丝箱。结果表明,该新型对位芳纶纺丝箱的保温措施有较大改进,保温效果明显提高,而且还能减少纺丝原液中的气泡,从而完全满足了对位芳纶纺丝工艺对温度控制和脱泡的要求。

The relatively common kind of PPTA fiber spinning box structure was introduced, and the structure problems were pointed out： heat preservation measure is single, heat preservation effect is not ideal, can not meet the requirements of PPTA fiber spinning process. In order to solve this problem, a new kind of PPTA fiber spinning box was developed. The heat preservation measure of the new-style PPTA fiber spinning box is comprehensive, heat preservation effect is ideal, moreover, it can reduce the number of bubbles in spinning dope. The new-style PPTA fiber spinning box fully meet the requirements of spinning process on the temperature control and degassing.
