摘要
针对目前对位芳纶纺丝箱保温措施较单一,保温效果不理想,不能适应对位芳纶纺丝工艺要求的问题,研发了一种新型对位芳纶纺丝箱。结果表明,该新型对位芳纶纺丝箱的保温措施有较大改进,保温效果明显提高,而且还能减少纺丝原液中的气泡,从而完全满足了对位芳纶纺丝工艺对温度控制和脱泡的要求。
The relatively common kind of PPTA fiber spinning box structure was introduced, and the structure problems were pointed out: heat preservation measure is single, heat preservation effect is not ideal, can not meet the requirements of PPTA fiber spinning process. In order to solve this problem, a new kind of PPTA fiber spinning box was developed. The heat preservation measure of the new-style PPTA fiber spinning box is comprehensive, heat preservation effect is ideal, moreover, it can reduce the number of bubbles in spinning dope. The new-style PPTA fiber spinning box fully meet the requirements of spinning process on the temperature control and degassing.
