Survey on Hand Hygiene of Medical Staff and Management Measures

目的:了解医务人员手卫生状况,制定有效的手卫生管理对策。方法:通过不记名问卷调查和现场观察方式了解医务人员手卫生状况。结果:比较不同科室医务人员的手卫生情况,儿科与内科、外科、妇产科之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);医务人员接触患者前后手卫生执行率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:部分专业医务人员手卫生意识薄弱,手卫生知识缺乏,手卫生依从性低,必须强化手卫生管理,系统干预手卫生行为,以有效控制医院感染。

Objective： To investigate the hand hygiene giene management countermeasures. Methods： By means of status of medical staff, so as to formulate effective hand hyanonymous questionnaire survey and field observation, the status of the medical personnel hand hygiene was understood. Results： The hand hygiene condition in the different departments ：pediatrics and internal medicine, surgery and gynaecology and obstetricsand was statistically significant difference between （P 〈 0.05 ） ; and executive ability of hand hygiene before and after contacting with patients was enforced. There was statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The weak consciousness of medical personnel hand health, the lack of knowledge of hand hygiene and low compliance to hand hygiene are so apparent that the hand hygiene management and hand hygiene behavior intervention must be strengthened to reduce the hospital infection.
