浅议在教学中如何区别健康评估与诊断学 被引量:3

摘要 目前,健康评估的师资大部分是临床医学教师,本文从教学实际出发,分析了目前健康评估教学中主要存在教师知识结构欠缺、临床护理理念未彻底更新、教材编写存在不足的问题,找出健康评估与诊断学的共同点,厘清健康评估与诊断学在教材结构、思维模式、教学重点上的区别,提出在教学中如何区分健康评估与诊断学,如何转换教师的思维模式的建议,以便培养护生正确的护理思维方式,在护理程序的框架下践行"以人为中心"的整体护理理念。 The problems in the teaching practice are analysed, such as, teachers' lack of knowledge structure, not thoroughly updated clinical nursing ideas, faulty compilation of textbooks and so on, and to find out the common points between Health Assessment and Diagnostic. What's important is that there are some difference between the two subjects in knowledge structure, thinking model, teaching emphasis etc. It is proposed that teachers' thinking model should be improved based on the different characteristics of two subjects so that the correct nursing care way of thinking will be established. General nursing concept of a human beings-centered period would be set up in the framework of the nursing programs.
