摘要
归纳了炼油企业中低温热利用的各种措施,分析了目前国内炼油企业回收低温热节能技术中存在的若干问题。建议借鉴其他能源行业的成熟技术,把低温热转化成其他能源形式后再加以回收和利用。改进设计理念,使吸收塔低温操作;提出了利用低温热制冷开发新的低温热肼;借鉴地热发电行业的卡里娜循环技术,将炼油企业过剩的低温热转化成电能,将富余的低温热转换输出;采用吸收式热泵技术提升低温热源问题,改善其品质,从而扩大现有低温热的应用范围,实现炼油企业的节能。
This article summarizes various methods for low-temperature heat utilization in refineries,analyzes the problems in energy saving technology of low-temperature heat recovery in domestic refineries,suggests learn from the mature technologies in other energy industries to convert low-temperature heat energy into other forms of energy for recovery and utilization,and puts forwards some ideas including using low-temperature heat refrigeration to develop new low-temperature heat sink,learning from the Karina cycle technology in geothermal power industry to convert excessive low-temperature heat in refineries into electricity and convert surplus low-temperature heat for output,using absorption heat pump technology to enhance low temperature heat source and improve its quality,thus widening the application scope of existing low-temperature heat.
