According to the current situation of institutional system and focusing on business management,this article uses some methods including business re-engineering,risk identification,centralization and authorization,and hierarchical management to reframe the institutional system via systematic,standardized and informatization means.The steps and specific methods for establishing an efficient and contracted management system are proposed to provide management basis and guarantee for realizing integrated management and group control of the group and building the group into a world-class engineering company.
