上海石化1号乙烯装置“低排放”停车浅析

ANALYSIS OF LOW EMISSION SHUTDOWN OF THE NO. 1 ETHYLENE PLANT IN SHANGHAI

历年来上海石化1号乙烯装置停车时除部分液相物料进行回收外,其余系统内的物料全部排放火炬,不仅造成了极大的浪费,而且不利于环境的保护。2011年12月份停车期间,装置采用低排放停车方案,不仅基本回收了系统内的液相物料,而且大部分气相物料也得到了回收。

During the shutdown of the No. 1 ethylene plant at SINOPEC Shanghai Petrochemical Co. ,Ltd. over the years,part of the liquid-phase materials was recovered and the other materials in system were vented via the flare. This operation not only caused material waste,but also went against environmental protection. During the shutdown in December 2011,low emission shutdown scenario was used,which recovered almost all of the basic liquidphase materials and most of the gas-phase materials in system.
