摘要
提出了一种新型的多相复合式永磁无刷直流电机。该电机采用表面插入式转子磁极结构。其特点在于 ,电机的气隙磁通是由永磁励磁和处于永磁磁极下的定子电流的电励磁共同产生 ,因此具有永磁无刷电机和串励直流电机的复合特性 ,特别适用于电动车辆。文中着重介绍电机的独特结构和运行原理 ,用有限元方法对磁场分布和静态特性进行分析计算 ,对一台五相样机进行了测试 ,以验证理论分析。
This paper puts forward a novel hybrid permanent megnet brushless DC motor which adopts magnetic pole structure of surface insert type.Its characteristics is that the air-gap flux of the motor are the combination of permanent magnetic excitation and the electric excitation of the stator current under permanent magnetic pole.So it features combined characteristics of permanent magnetic brushless DC motor and series DC motor,which makes it suitable for electric automobiles.The paper puts emphasis on the unique structure and operating theory of the motor,meanwhile the paper analyze and calculate the field distribution and static features with finite-element method and takes test on a five-phase sample motor to verify the theory analysis.
