摘要 目的探讨护患沟通技巧在儿科护理中作用。方法随机筛选2008年12月至2010年2月我院儿科收治的患儿680例,并将其随机分为对照组(340例)和观察组(340例),对照组实行常规护理措施,观察组在对照组基础上实行有效的护患沟通。结果观察组患儿及家属满意度(94.2%)明显高于常规护理组(89.6%),观察组护理纠纷发生率(0.08%)明显低于常规护理组(0.23%),两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论掌握良好的护患沟通技巧,可显著改善医患关系,提高患者满意度,提高护理质量,降低护患纠纷的发生。 Objective To investigate the role of the nurse-patient communication skills in pediatric care. Methods 680 patients in our hospital from December 2008 to February 2010 were randomly selected and divided into control group (340 cases) and observation group (340 eases),The control group received routine care measures; The observation group were given implement effective nurse-patient communication based on the control group. Results In the observation group ,children and their families satisfaction was 94.2%,significantly higher than 89.6% in the usual care group, care of disputes arising in the observation group was 0.08%, significantly lower than 0.23% in the usual care grou, the difference between two groups were statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion To master the good nurse-patient communication skills, Can significantly improve the doctor-patient relationship, Improve the patient satisfaction,improve quality of care and reduce the occurrence of nursing disputes.
