总结电视胸腔镜下胸交感神经切除术治疗手汗症的临床经验

Clinical Experience of Summary Thoracoscopic Thoracic Sympathectomy for Palmar Hyperhidrosis Treatment

目的通过临床使用电视胸腔镜下胸交感神经切除术治疗手汗症观察该方法的治疗效果。方法将在本院接受治疗的40名手汗症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,观察治疗效果,对照组采用电离子渗透疗法治疗,治疗组应用电视胸腔镜下胸交感神经切除术治疗。结果治疗组21例,完全治愈20例,术后出现气胸并发症2例。治愈率95.2%,不良反应率9.6%。对照组19例,完全治愈12例,无效9例,出现不良反应11例。治愈率63.1%,不良反应率57.8%两组治愈率具有统计学差异(P<0.05),两组不良反应率不具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论应用电视胸腔镜下胸交感神经切除术治疗手汗症效果优于电离子渗透疗法,安全性较高,患者认可度强。

Objeetive Curative effect of clinical use of video-assisted thoracoscopic thoracic sympathectomy for palmar hyperhidrosis of the method. Methods In 40 patient s sweat disease hospital for treatment were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, observed the effect of treatment, control group using electric ion therapy, the treatment group applied video-assisted thoracoscopic thoracic sympathectomy for the treatment of. Results In the treatment group 21 cases, complete cure in 20 cases, postoperative complications of 2 cases of pneumothorax. The cure rate was 95.2%, the adverse reaction rate of 9.6%. A control group of 19 cases, 12 cases were cured, and 9 cases were ineffective, 11 cases of adverse reactions. The cure rate was 63.1%, adverse reaction rate of 57.8% groups of two cure rate with statistical difference （P〈0.05）, the rate of adverse reactions of the two groups was not statistically different （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of video-assisted thoracoscopic thoracic sympathectomy for palmar hyperhidrosis is better than electric ion therapy, high security, strong degree of patients accepted.
