维生素C片剂局部治疗复发性口腔溃疡的疗效观察

Efficacy of Vitamin C Tablets topical Treatment of Recurrent Oral Ulcers

目的评价维生素C片剂压敷治疗复发性口腔溃疡的疗效。方法将2010年1月至2012年1月门诊收治的复发性口腔溃疡患者142例分为2组,分别使用维生素C片剂压敷和西瓜霜喷剂进行局部治疗,采用χ2检验比较两组治疗有效率。结果两组治疗总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后溃疡愈合时间明显缩短(P<0.05),疼痛缓解率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论维生素C片剂压敷治疗复发性口腔溃疡病损部位有立刻缓解疼痛、促进愈合作用,溃疡期明显缩短,效果显著,优于国内外研究报告的对复发性口腔溃疡病治疗的任何方法,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Vitamin C pills on recurrent oral ulcer（ROU）. Methods A randomized single-blind controlled clinical trial Was conducted. 142 patients with recurrent oral ulcer（Rou）were randomly divided into 2 groups. One group of them were treated by Vitamin C pills （VitC group）,another by watemlelon forst（WF group）. Result The total efficiency had significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.After treatment of ulcer healing time was significantly shortened（P〈0.05）, Pain remission rates were significantly higher than those in the control group. Conclusion Vitamin C pills has the remarkable effect of relieving pain immediately ,promoting healing and Shortening the ulcerative stage obviously, Superior to domestic and foreign research reports of any method on the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer,lt is worthy of clinical promotion.
