摘要
目的探讨双黄连粉针剂联合沐舒坦治疗呼吸道感染的临床效果。方法选取100例呼吸道感染患者,随机分为治疗组50例,对照组50例;对照组行青霉素、沐舒坦静脉滴注,治疗组在对照组基础上,另外加用双黄连粉针剂;观察、对比俩组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为98%,对照组总有效率为78%,差异明显,且P<0.05。结论双黄连粉剂联合沐舒坦治疗呼吸道感染具有高效性、安全性,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To Investigate ShuangHuangLian Combined with Mushutan Injection the clinical effect of treatment of respiratory infections.
