摘要
目的测量全颌曲面断层摄影人体不同器官组织的X线吸收剂量,并计算当量剂量、有效剂量以及涎腺有效剂量,以明确使用全颌曲面断层摄影的合理性。方法使用口腔全颌曲面断层X线机(MSQJ 2000I型),用仿真成年人体模进行10次X线曝光,测量全颌曲面断层摄影时腮腺、颌下腺、舌下腺、眼晶体、皮肤、、甲状腺、垂体、乳腺、卵巢以及睾丸的吸收剂量,并计算各组织器官的X线当量剂量、有效剂量以及涎腺有效剂量。结果 X线的吸收剂量0μGy^730.25μGy,当量剂量0μSV^730.25μSv,有效剂量36.26μSv,涎腺有效剂量47.76μSv。结论全颌曲面断层摄影受检查X线吸收剂量、当量剂量,有效剂量均较小,此项检查时对人体辐射损伤较小,有较高的安全性,使用口腔全颌曲面断层摄影观察上下颌牙列、上下颌骨的形态是合理的。

Conclusion the whole jaw surface tomography check X-ray absorbed dose, equivalent dose and effective dose are small, the inspection body radiation with less damage, higher security, use the observation of the whole of the oral jaw surface tomography maxillary and mandibular dentition, the shape of the jaw is reasonable.
