神经外科留置气囊导尿管患者并发症的护理体会

Nursing Experience of Balloon Catheter Indwelling Catheter in Patients with Complications

目的分析神经外科留置气囊导管患者并发症的护理效果。方法选取2010年7月至2012年7月神经外科住院患者108例,按双盲随机法分为两组:对照组54例,实验组54例。对照组给予常规护理,实验组在基础护理上加用循征护理干预,治疗结束后,将其并发症发生率与患者对护理工作的满意度进行对比。结果实验组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。实验组患者对护理工作的满意度要明显高于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论将循征护理干预应用于神经外科留置气囊导尿管患者的护理中,能够有效减少并发症的发生概率,提高患者对护理工作的满意度,融洽患间的关系,减少医疗纠纷,值得临床应用与推广。

Objective Nursing complications in patients with balloon catheter indwelling Analysis Department of neurosurgery. Methods From 2010 July to 2012 July, 108 eases of hospitalized patients in the Department of Neurosurgery, double blind and randomly divided into two groups： 54 eases in the control group, 54 cases in experimental group. The control group was given conventional nursing, the experimental group was treated with evidence-based nursing intervention in the basic nursing, after the end of treatment, the rate of complications and patient satisfaction with nursing work were compared. Results The complications of patients in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）, with statistical significance. The experimental group patient care and job satisfaction are significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion The application of syndrome nursing intervention based nursing in Department of neurosurgery patients with indwelling catheter, can the incidence of complications, improve patient satisfaction with nursing work, harmonious relationship between patients, reduce medical disputes, is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
