维生素D与糖尿病合并肺炎的相关性研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的通过对糖尿病合并肺炎患者血清维生素D水平的研究,探讨血清维生素D与糖尿病合并肺炎之间的相关性,明确维生素D水平对感染的影响。方法所有患者被分为两组,糖尿病合并肺部感染作为病例组(n=170)糖尿病患者非糖尿病足者210人作为对照组,留取标本,检测糖尿病及维生素D相关指标.数据统计使用SPSS。结果结果显示糖尿病合并肺部感染组血清维生素D水平明显降低(41.69nmol/L vs 55.86nmol/L,P=0.026)。病例组中维生素D不足的发病率为80%,而对照组中则为66.81%(P=0.005)。维生素D缺乏引起糖尿病合并肺部感染的风险是维生素D正常者的1.986倍(95%CI 1.231~3.205)。通过对维生素D水平与炎症因子进行相关分析,研究结果维生素D水平与CRP、PCT升高呈负相关。结论本研究显示糖尿病合并肺部感染患者维生素D缺乏更严重、更普遍,维生素D缺乏可能是糖尿病合并感染一个重要危险因素,补充维生素D可能对临床带来更大的益处,这还需要更多的干预实验。
