HCY与HbA_1c联合检测在2型糖尿病患者中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)在2型糖尿病中的应用。方法选择2011年11月至2012年12月来我院就诊的2型糖尿病患者112例,门诊健康体检者48例,分别检测Hcy和HbA1c,并对其结果进行统计分析。结果按病程0~5年共50例(男:23例,平均年龄50.2岁,女27例,平均年龄49.6岁),Hcy:(11.19±3.17)μmol/L,HbA1c:(7.32±1.33)%,病程6~10年共33例(男19例,平均年龄53.2岁;女14例,平均年龄63.2岁),Hcy:(13.21±3.58)μmol/L),HbA1c:(7.56±0.87)%,病程11~15年共29例(男:17例,平均年龄55.6岁;女12例,平均年龄65岁),Hcy:(16.95±6.1)μmol/L,HbA1c:(8.25±1.06)%,健康体检者48例(男26例,平均年龄51岁,女22例,平均年龄48.2岁)Hcy:(8.97±4.02)μmol/L,HbA1c:(5.31±0.95)%结论 Hcy和HbA1c与糖尿病血管病变有着密切的关系,Hcy和HbA1c在2型糖尿病患者中的检测结果明显高于健康体检者,且随着病程时间的延长,Hcy和HbA1c的值也相应升高,2型糖尿病患者检测Hcy和HbA1c,对于糖尿病诊断、监控血糖水平及判断血管病变的发生、发展有着积极的作用。
