摘要
制作刮浆式纤维镍电极和泡沫镍电极 ,并比较它们在不同倍率下的充放电性能 ,结果表明 :①对刮浆工艺 ,纤维镍基底不如泡沫镍基底容易填充活性物质 ,但纤维镍电极在各倍率下的充电电压较低 ,放电电压较高 ,电极中活性物质的利用率较高 ,因而电极的体积比容量也比较高 ;②刮浆式纤维镍电极的大电流充放电性能比刮浆式泡沫镍电极好。
In order to determine whether the performance of pasted fiber nickel electrode was superior to that of pasted foam nickel electrode,they were studied respectively.It was found for pasting technique that:①foam nickel was easier than fiber nickel to fill materials in,but the charging potential of fiber nickel electrode was lower and discharging potential was higher than that of foam nickel electrode,the utilization of Ni(OH) 2 in fiber nickel electrode was higher and as a result the volume specific capacity was higher;②large current performance of fiber nickel electrode was better than that of foam nickel electrode.
