摘要
本文分析了超低碳贝氏体钢Q420qE优良的焊接性能,探讨了其合理的焊接工艺措施及相应的热输入量。通过加热温度对15MnVNq钢的力学性能影响和美国牌号A572Gr.50钢的奥氏体粗化试验以及南京大胜关桥的焊接实验结果来推测分析TMCP和TMCP+回火供货状态下Q420qE钢的热矫温度范围。
This paper analyzes the excellent welding performance of ultra-low carbon hainitie steel Q420qE ,and disscusses its reasonable measures of the welding process with the corresponding amount of heat input. Through the heating temperature on the mechanical properties of 15MnVNq steel and the austenitic coarse test of the U.S. brands A572Gr.50 steel, speculates thermal straightening temperature range according to the experimental results of the Dashengguan Bridge about Q420qE with TMCP and TMCP & tempering supplier states.
