太平驿电站水轮机的抗磨措施和效益

摘要 论述了四川太平驿电站水轮机的抗磨措施、磨损预测及实际磨损,介绍了电站沉沙池方案的变化。由于水轮机采用了可靠而有效的抗磨措施,达到正常运行3万多小时大修,效益很大。 In this paper,the wear_resisting measures,wear prediction and actual wear for turbine of Taipingyi hydropower station were explained,and the optimization procedure of silt basin was introduced.By means of taking reliable and effective wear_resisting measures,the units are overhauled after more than thirty thousands hours of normal operation,and gained the big benefit by the wear_resisting measures.
