摘要
为满足三峡巨型发电机励磁调节控制的要求,成功地研制了一种高可靠智能型工业微机励磁调节器。该调节器以32位工业微机为核心单元,应用了高可靠智能控制策略:正常条件下,控制系统能自优化控制参数,以便更好地适应控制对象特性,获得满意的控制性能;当控制系统中出现故障时,能及时诊断出来,并通过控制参数重配或控制结构重构消除和或弱化故障影响,保证控制稳定的基础上,进行参数优化,达到可能的最优。
To meet the requirement on the excitation regulation of the huge hydro electric generator of future Three Gorges Hydro Power Plarft,a highly reliable intellige nt i ndustrial microcomputer-based excitation regulator has been successfully develo ped highly reliable intelligent control strategy is applied:when all the compone nts of the regulator are proper,the control parameters are tuned in real time an d on l ine to adapt the characteristics and the operation states of the unit optimal pe r formance will be achioved.In case fauit(s) reside in the regulator (such as the outage of the sensor(s) or the actuator(s),mis-operation(s) of the operator,etc .),the control parameter(s)will be replaced or the control structure will be reconfi-gured to ensure the stable and safe operation of the unit.
