溶胶-凝胶PEG-g-MWCNTs气相色谱柱的制备研究与应用

摘要 通过酰氯化法制备带有端羟基聚乙二醇(PEG 10000)修饰的多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs),并采用FTIR,TEM,TGA,XPS等手段表征了接枝前后产物的化学结构。实验结果发现:该方法达到了较好的接枝效果,PEG的接枝率为16%。采用溶胶-凝胶(sol-gel)的方法制备PEG-g-MWCNTs气相色谱毛细管柱。利用该柱成功分离了醇,芳香烃,烷烃类化合物。同商品PEG10000毛细管色谱柱比较,PEG-g-MWCNTs色谱柱具有更强的保留能力和更好的分辨率。 In this research,poly ethylene glycol(PEG) grafted multi-walled carbon nanotubes(Peg-g-MWCNTs) were prepared by acylchloride-amidation reaction.The resultant products were characterized by FT-IR,TEM and TGA measurement,verified that PEG chains were grafted onto the surface of the MWCNTs.The maximum grafted rate of the PEG reached 16%.Functionalized product of PEG-g-MWCNTs was used as selective stationary phase to prepare the sol-gel columns for capillary gas chromatography.The PEG-g-MWCNTs possessed a wide selectivity toward alcohols,alkanes,xylene isomers.To compare the separation results of sol-gel PEG-g-MWCNTs capillary column and commercial PEG(10000) capillary column,the PEG-g-MWCNTs capillary column had better retention behavior and higher selectivity.
