T型MEMS矢量水听器外围信号调理电路的设计 被引量:3

摘要 T型MEMS矢量水听器可用于探测水下声音信号;但是接收信号微弱,且在水下环境中容易受到噪声的影响。针对接收信号的特点,为了提高信号信噪比,更好地进行后续的信号分析和处理,设计了外围信号调理电路;包括滤波模块和放大模块。通过软件仿真和测试,验证了设计方案的的可行性和有效性。 T type MEMS vector hydrophone can be used to detect underwater sound signal,but the received signal is weak and vulnerable to be influenced by noise in the underwater environment.Aiming at the received signal’s characteristic,in order to improve its signal-to-noise ratio,then to analyze and process signal subsequently better,it designs a peripheral signal conditioning circuit.It includes filter modules and amplifier modules.By software simulation and test,it is proved that the design scheme is feasible and effective.
