邻甲酚催化氧化制备邻羟基苯甲醛反应的高效液相色谱全分析方法建立

摘要 采用高效液相色谱法建立了邻甲酚催化氧化制备邻羟基苯甲醛反应中主副产物的全分析方法。采用ZORBAXSBPhenyl色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水(体积比45∶55),流速0.9mL/min,等梯度洗脱,各组分检测波长分别为邻羟基苯甲酸254nm(16nm)、邻羟基苯甲醇240nm(8nm)、邻羟基苯甲醚240nm(8nm)、邻甲酚254nm(8nm)、邻羟基苯甲醛254nm(16nm)。所得各组分在实验浓度范围内的相关系数R2分别为0.9997、0.9998、0.9998、0.9999和0.9998,标准偏差分别为1.1%、1.0%、1.9%、0.9%和0.2%。 A HPLC total analysis method was established to analyze the products of the catalytic oxidation reac- tion of O-cresol to prepare O-hydroxybenzaldehyede. The ZORBAX SB-Phenyl column was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water ( volume ratio 45: 55 ), at the flow rate of 0. 9 mL/min. The detection wavelengths of compo- nents were O-hydroxybenzoicacid 254 nm( 16 nm), O-hydroxybenzylalcohol 240 nm( 8 nm), O-methoxyphenol 240 nm(8 nm), O-cresol 254 nm(8 nm) and O-hydroxybenzaldehyede 254 nm( 16 nm). The linear correlations of the products were 0. 999 7, 0. 999 8, 0. 999 8, 0. 999 9 and 0. 999 8. And the standard deviations were 1.1%, 1.0 %, 1.9 %,0.9 % and 0. 2 %.
