摘要
针对常规水泥环固化初期会产生体积收缩、刚性太强易受到射孔、压裂等施工破坏而产生微裂缝的问题,研制了一种纤维-自修复水泥浆体系,并对其性能进行了研究。实验结果表明,该水泥浆体系兼具纤维水泥和自修复水泥的优点,可通过"拖曳效应"和"微膨胀效应"有效改善固井质量。
According to conventional cement sheath can emerge volume contraction in early curing period and microcraek maybe appear due to strong rigidity, a fiber-self healing cement was developed and its performance was studied. The experimental results show that the fiber-self healing cement combines the advantages of fiber cement and self-healing cement that improve the cementing quality effectively by " drag effect" and "microdilatancy effect".
