Relay protection blueprint management is foundation of relay protection and makes an important influence on the efficiency and correctness of relay protection. So the managers have been finding an effective method to do better for relay protection blueprint management, but have not got because of the limit of technology. In this paper, a new method which adopts computer technology is presented and can make important role in blueprint management.
