硅橡胶复合绝缘子护套伞裙表面存在竖直合模缝时的结构性能差异分析 被引量:5

摘要 在注射成型的复合绝缘子护套伞裙表面所出现的竖直合模缝处 ,由于制造工艺造成填充料密度远高于其它部位 ,以致降低了合模缝处的机械性能、电气性能、抗自然环境老化性能和憎水迁移性能。作者分析了导致合模缝处绝缘子性能降低的原因 。 On the surface of shed and sheath of silicone rubber composite insulator produced by injection method there are vertical mold joints caused by injection mold. At the position near vertical mold joints the density of bulking agent is considerably higher than that at other parts of the surface, i.e.,the performance of the insulator at the mold joints such as mechanical performance,electrical performance,ageing\|resistance and hydrophobic migration become affected. In this paper the reasons of inferior performance at the mold joints of composite insulator are analyzed and some proposals on improving the injection technology are suggested.
