摘要
比较华北与华中电网电力资源的互补特性 ,分析了华北与华中电网联网存在的潜在效益 ,认为联网存在互为备用效益、水电空闲容量利用效益、错峰效益、消纳弃水电量效益和向缺少一次能源地区输送电量以减少燃料费用的效益 ,联网同时还可以改善两网的调峰条件。通过计算分析认为 ,季错峰电力一般不能转化为减少装机的容量效益。
On the basis of comparing complementary characteristics of the power sources in North China Power System and Central China Power System,the potential benefit from interconnecting the two power systems is analyzed. It is considered that the following benefits could be obtained from the interconnection. The benefit of being mutual reserve, leveling of peak, using the waterpower source more efficiently, decreasing the fuel expense by transmitting electric power to the areas lacking coal and waterpower source, etc. The power regulation situation of both power systems could also be improved by interconnection.
