大型供电企业实现信息一体化的基本途径

BASIC APPROACH TO INFORMATION INTEGRATION OF LARGE POWER SUPPLY ENTERPRISES

社会经济发展和人民生活对供电服务质量的要求越来越高 ,作为提高供电企业生产管理水平的手段 ,自动制图 /设备管理 /地理信息系统 (AM/ FM/ GIS)已被国内外供电企业广泛使用 ,并逐步显露出由此而带来的经济效益。如何充分利用 AM/ FM/ GIS技术 ,将现有的管理信息系统 (MIS)、负荷管理 (LM)系统、SCADA系统、配电自动化 (DA)系统等有效地集成 ,实现大型供电企业信息一体化 ,是当前各供电企业所面临的课题。文章在论述现在各供电企业现有信息系统存在的问题的基础上 ,提出了供电企业实施信息一体化的基本途径 ,同时论述了保证企业信息一体化工程成功的必要条件。

With the development of national economy and the improvement of people's living standard, the requirement of power supply quality becomes higher and higher. The AM/FM/GIS is widely applied in domestic and foreign power supply enterprises as a useful tool to improve the production and management level. Thus the economy effects from the application of these techniques are gradually known. For implementing the information integration in large power supply enterprise, how to fully apply AM/FM/GIS techniques to effectively integrate the existing MIS, LM, SCADA and DA are an important problem faced by all power supply enterprises. On the basis of discussing the existing problems of current information systems of power supply enterprises, a fundamental approach to implement information integration is proposed, the essential condition to ensure the successful implementation of information integration is discussed.
