摘要
提出了一种基于全局发电最优的调度计划方法 ,它对电网的日用电量用 K- T算法进行最优化求解 ,将其分解到各个交换计划 ,再用系数法求得交换计划曲线 ,在时间变量 t较小时 ,则交换计划曲线变化较平缓。自 1 998年 7月 1日起 ,该方法用于制订湖南电网模拟电力市场的日发电计划 ,电网的购电结构得到了优化 ,达到了降低电网购电均价和下网均价的目的。
Under the simulation of electricity market and the generation electricity market which will soon be established, there is a new problem, i.e., how to optimize the allocation of the use of natural resources, use the energy source reasonably and control the cost of electricity production, improve the economic effect of the power industry and realize the comprehensive interest of the whole society through the electricity dispatching. The actual and potential benefit of the above mentioned items are very great. A practical method for active power dispatch scheduling based on generation optimization is presented. By this method, the whole daily consumable electricity can be decomposed into three patterns of power purchase through optimum calculation of K T method, the purchase curves can be got with coefficient method, when the variant t is small. The purchase curves vary in small steps. Since Jul. 1, 1998, the method has been applied to the daily scheduling of generation in the simulation of Hunan electric power pool, and in Hunan power system the goal of decreasing the power supply cost is implemented. The comprehensive power purchase price is decreased. The method may give useful indication for the power purchase in the future electricity market because of considering the electricity price ordering.
