新一代高固色率反应性液体荧光增白剂的应用性能初探

An Approach to Application Performances of a New Liquid Reactive Fluorescent Brightener with High Fixation Rate

本文对反应性增白剂HeliyaRMBW-L的各项应用性能进行了测试。实验结果表明:该增白剂具有优异的匀染和增白性能,其轧染固色率平均可达到90%以上,可在5 g/L～25 g/L的用量范围内,在棉织物上获得95℃耐洗牢度5级(按AATCC或ISO标准),其白度与HeliyaRMST-L相当。该增白剂耐酸及耐硬水性能优异,与大多数常用的柔软剂、树脂整理剂、阳离子染料固色剂等具有优异的配伍性能;同时具有优异的贮存稳定性,其活性成分在45℃避光保存一年下降在5%以内,而在普通室温下,保存两年仅下降3%左右。

The application performances of HeliyaR MBW-L were tested. The results showed that whitening and leveling performances of Heliyaa MBW-L were excellent with an average fixation of over 90% in pad dyeing. The Grade 5 washing fastness at 95℃ （ accord- ing to AATCC or ISO standards） could be achieved with dosage range 5 -25 g/L and its whiteness could match that of HeliyaR MST- L. HeliyaR MBW-L can withstand strong acid and very hard waters. It is also compatible with a wide range of softeners, wash-and- wear resins and strong cationic fixation agents for dyestuffs. The liquid formulation of HeliyaR MBW-L is very stable to harsh storage conditions. The hydrolysis at room temperature storage condition in closed container without direct sunlight is less than 3% in 2 years, while at 45℃ in 1 year is less than 5%.
